The Music Note Gala brings the community together with an unforgettable program: featuring Audra McDonald and honoring Cheryl Goldberg. Set for Friday, August 14 at 4:30 pm at Bella Vista Estate in Summerland, this gathering celebrates artistry, mentorship, and the people who help shape the next generation of performers.
Alongside the Music Note Gala, the 2026 Summer Music Festival & School runs Jun 17–Aug 8, spotlighting an American Mosaic of composers and stories. Tributes to Samuel Barber, Aaron Copland, George Gershwin, and Charles Ives are paired with premieres by Jasmine Arielle Barnes, Christopher Cerrone, and Missy Mazzoli. The season also includes works by Kevin Puts and Steve Reich, plus world-class teaching and guest artists.
